DEVELOPMENT MILESTONES
With 60 years of history, the Department/ Specialized Academic Group of Water Supply and Sewerage and the Water Supply and Sewerage Engineering major have undergone many stages of development, constantly improving training quality and expanding domestic and international cooperation.
The Water Supply and Drainage Department was established on January 4, 1967, training the first engineers to serve the construction of Northern urban infrastructure during the war and the cause of national liberation and reunification.
After liberation, the Department developed strongly, step by step standardizing the training program and building the curriculum system.
The Department continues to develop strongly, improving training programs, cooperating with hundreds of foreign organizations and enterprises, and training more than 5,000 engineers for the country.
